YIN FLOW~DEEP STRETCH SERIES
This is a seriously great class for those looking for a yin(SLOW) practice. Passive assisted stretching from the practitioner. holding the poses longer and in a therapeutic manor.we schedule this for sports groups , if you wish to have a class of 6 or more give us a call.

HOT FLOW
Get your sweat on! Hot yoga captures the essence of the traditional hot yoga class and it’s 26 static postures and incorporates the flow and grace of hatha sequences commonly found in our FLOW yoga classes. Students will receive the benefits of a hot yoga class with further hip opening, upper body strengthening and core strengthening. This class appeals to both the traditional hot yoga and Vinyasa student or any one looking to deepen their yoga practice! The room is heated to approximately 90ºF to facilitate safe, deep stretching, a detoxifying sweat and a healthy glow. heated environment regularly for at least 6-12 months prior to becoming pregnant. A walking meditation along our Okanagan's most picturesque nature hikes, through vineyards overlooking Okanagan Lake. Yoga on the grass and a wine tasting at some of our premier vineyards!
