Chantel completed her Moksha Teacher Traning in Febrauary 2011 in Brazil. Being a Pharmacist and a long distance runner, she was drawn to yoga because of its physical benefits and injury prevention. On top of the physical benefits, she started feeling her mental wellbeing increase and stress levels alleviated from her Moksha Yoga practice.
It is Chantel’s goal to teach her students a way to achieve these same physical and mental benefits that will improve their quality of life. Her classes often include stories of the yoga mythology behind various asanas (postures) and an extra few minutes before the end of class for a peaceful savasana!
