Having attended Reflexions Yoga studio for over 10 years as a participant, I finally took the plunge and enrolled in my Yoga Instructor’s training in 2024. As I have worked for 45 years as a physiotherapist, guiding people in how to move effectively and safely comes naturally.
I teach Mellow Flow and Rest & Restore classes. My classes are a fusion of traditional Yoga poses with some of my own original flows and sequences. I enjoy designing, practicing and delivering classes, finding this to be challenging for both the body and the mind.
