Tracy


Tracy has always been about living an active, healthy lifestyle through her passion for nature and the outdoors. She and her husband made the decision to raise their family in the South Okanagan, which has given plenty of opportunity to follow that passion. Spending much of her free time hiking, skiing, kayaking and paddle boarding, Tracy’s busy lifestyle also includes time volunteering with the Burrowing Owl Conservation Society in her desire to give back.

After practicing various different styles of yoga over the last 12 years and 4 years developing a love for classical pilates, Tracy joined the 2017/2018 Reflexions teacher training school in an attempt to elevate her practice to a new level. Her desire to challenge herself with new experiences has lead her to find a passion for teaching. Through her years of learning and practice, she has developed a style of teaching that merges both her love of yoga and pilates together. Happy to be a part of the Reflexions team, Tracy looks forward to the many new challenges and experiences ahead of her.
